Can be made out of any 14 inch lathe with a 2 inch spindle bore that has a chuck mounted.the tail stock makes a great "presser".

Just throw an old tee shirt under the works to catch the pins and spring that might otherwise land in the chip tray.
All in good fun, ...just working on a cheap side lever yesterday, and the equipment at hand held the day.
