Response to Speedy Metals, Stock Car Metals
I have a regular 14" bandsaw in the other room for working with wood and plastic. The horizontal bandsaw doesn't care what material it cuts. The bi-metal 10/14tpi blade I use will cut everything from wood to tool-steel. It takes me 14-16 hours to cut all the parts for 2 sets of re-settable airgun silhouette targets to rough lengths. The Harbor Freight horizontal bandsaw is the Energizer Bunny of my workshop that has paid for itself several times.
I usually get DOM tube from an aircraft materials company but a racing materials company would have the same DOM tube too. Good info, thanks.
