oh Daisy I really don't know what those are in sewing, but I like the rottery cutters a lot, they are very easy to cut with but very sharp so beware and I have a matt that works wonders, its a self healing matt and it has measurements on it, so it comes in handy for whatever inches you need. My friend just recently gave me an extra pair that she had, and gave me a small matt that she doesn't use anymore, she showed me how to use the cutters so I don't cut my fingers.
