My name is Sarah Aitken, orginally from Inverness I am now studying technology teaching at the University of Glasgow and I am currently in my final year of study.
My 19 year old sister has Down's Syndrome and has just left secondary school.
As part of my final year of study at university I have to conduct a project. What I have decided to research is the further education availible for people with Down's Syndrome and it's relevance to them. Once my initial research is established I must see what I can do to develop or enhance the current education availible.
