Opening the Seminar to the floor .

I need your advise .

There are over 100 participants in this Seminar . The participants have heard of Speakers after Speakers . In between Speakers are the Q@A , which is specific to the topics discussed.

I am thinking of giving an opportunity to the participants to ask , comment or make proposals on any matter which is relevant to the Seminar . In short I am opening the Seminar to the floor . What do call this session ? Is it practical to include such a session in a seminar .
