Workshops are supposed to be fun! Playing games is a great way to learn and aid long term memory.
"Games Trainers Play: Experiential Learning Exercises" by John W. Newstrom and Edward E. Scannell, McGraw-Hill, 1980, is a great source.
My ebook, "How to Create and Present a Successful Workshop" also includes game and activity suggestions.
Do you have any comments, games or activities you'd like to pass on to others? |
