Yes, I am planning to do a section on the fundamentals of Rapport (eye contact, keeping it conversational, gestures and body language). Probably at the end of that section or during a question and answer period I will mention that we go into more detail of Rapport during our Rapport Workshop.
On that note, I will say that I did a 2hour section on NLP a few years ago as an assistant presenter for a friends workshop.
I am not a Master Practitioner but I have read and am reading on the subject.
I was thinking over what you had written earlier regarding the participants coming up with ice breakers that they can use with their clients. I may have inadvertantly provided you with the wrong information. The people who will attend the workshop usually travel to or receive English speaking clients where they are (those here) expected to stand and present their company's profiles and products. Having them come up with Ice breakers for their clients may not be very appropriate in this case but could be used in a Training The Coach type of workshop.
