not many people know that i smoke. so when im in the position where im being asked if i want a cigarette. Is there a way for me to get help without being embarrassed by talking to someone infront of all me friends? Aslo is there a way for me to get nicotine patches for free or even just a little cheaper because i have no job and my parents dont know i smoke so i cant ask them for money.
