The American Legacy Foundation's three-year program plan is now available on
      the Foundation's website:

      www.americanlegacy.org

This draft plan lays out strategies and activities that Legacy hopes to undertake to reduce the social and medical impact of tobacco on all Americans. The document reflects the
goals of the American Legacy Foundation as specified in the Master Settlement Agreement. The Foundation's activities are based on these limitations and expectations. Legacy welcomes your comments and suggestions on this plan.
You can send your comments, suggestions, and edits to Legacy via e-mail at info@americanlegacy.org before April 10, 2000 when the staff at Legacy will be
      finalizing this plan of action.

NOTE: Please feel free to forward this e-mail to your constituents, as Legacy intends to distribute this draft plan widely. If you are able to distribute this notice, please let me know so that I can track who it has been sent to.
