- Since Chavo Guerrero Sr. has joined the company, he has become a locker room favorite and really provides a comical relief with his sense of humor.
Now that the WWE and Brock Lesnar have made his departure from the company public, those in the locker room have become more vocal about Lesnar's status while with the company. One wrestler was quoted saying "He's not a team player at all. No one likes him. He's a jackass. He's not very social. He's not one of the boys. How you see him on TV is pretty much how he is in real life."
With Eddie Guerrero leading the Smackdown roster as their champion, he has really started to get the support from the locker room. One wrestler was quoted saying "Eddie represents this company well. He's great. Houses are up. We had two sellouts recently, something that didn't happen when Brock was headlining as champion.People are chanting Eddie's name before shows. He's a phenomenal champion for us. Eddie eats, talks, and sits with us. If anyone deserves his success, it's him." In addition to Eddie's growing popularity with the other wrestlers on the roster, attendance has been noticably higher since he won the title.
- The Raw the day after Wrestlemania last night did a 4.0 rating. Has to be considered a disappointing number.
- The following message was posted on ICP's official website regarding their release from NWA: Total Nonstop Action. "Due to professional differences, the Insane Clown Posse, Rude Boy and 2 Tuff Tony have officially severed all ties with NWA-TNA Wrestling and will not be appearing on any future Pay-Per-Views or Live Events. As a consequence of this, the after party scheduled for this Wednesday the 17th has been canceled. We'd like to apologize to all our loyal wrestling fans and all the Juggalos and Juggalettes that were looking forward to the Wednesday nights of wrestling and to the after party but this situation is unavoidable and is in the best interest of all of the Hatchet Family." This announcement comes off of the heels of a new fresh style of programming that NWA-TNA will begin to bring forth. The new style is being coined "Wrestling Reinvented" and is a big campaign that TNA will continue to work on for the months to come. This new "Wrestling Reinvented" campaign will involve new styles of wrestling with less 'boring' storylines and more action. More information on this new and exciting campaign can be found on NWA-TNA's official website
