for Great American Bash. Nothing is confirmed:
- With Undertaker expected to challenge for the title at Great American Bash, whichever
direction WWE plans for Taker (heel or face) will determine the winner of the title match.
There are some skeptics that feel the Bull Rope match won't work that well due to the size
difference between Guerrero and Bradshaw. Blood should be guaranteed, but after the cell
two weeks ago, it may not be enough to make a match in itself.
- The point of the Undertaker vs. Dudleys match is to kill off the Paul Bearer character.
- Torrie Wilson vs. Sable was a modification from the initial plan which was for the SmackDown!
divas to participate in beach-related tournament of events. It is not expected to be a good
match, but to be fair, very little on this show is looking good.
- Chavo Guerrero vs. Rey Mysterio is one of the few matches those backstage are looking forward
to, but due to the fact that the storyline buildup was weak and the title has little value, it's
almost a meaningless match at this point.
- If Mordecai vs. Holly and Kenzo Suzuki vs. Billy Gunn do end up on the final card, neither
is expected to be good. The hope is that Mordecai goes over Holly in a big way, but with Holly's
veteran status and attitude towards young wrestlers, things may not go in an ideal fashion.
