HHH out of 'Conan'?, Bearer not 'dead' after all, Bischoff with new show and more

- The Raw GM, Eric Bischoff is partnering with Jason Hervey, Scott Sternberg Prods and Rick Hilton to create a new reality show called ‘777’. The aim of the show is 7 high rollers who each put $1 million in a winner take all gambling competition that will take place in Las Vegas, where the players will live together in a suite. The William Morris Agency will be offering the program to networks later this week, which could be the reason why Bischoff will miss next week’s Raw.
- "Last night's "Concrete Crypt Match" was similar in concept to the "Buried Alive" matches of the past. No one was murdered. After the The Great American Bash Pay-Per-View went off the air, the crowd at The Scope in Norfolk saw Paul Bearer come up for air and then placed on a stretcher to receive "medical attention." There will be an update on Paul Bearer on this Thursday's WWE SmackDown! Stay tuned."
- Rey Mysterio is set to throw the first pitch out at the San Diego Padres vs Los Angeles Dodgers baseball game on June 30th.
- In the July 4 - 10 issue of TV Guide which comes to newsstands this Thursday, but most subscribers are getting today, in the Cheers and Jeers column they have a jeer for The New WWE Champion John Bradshaw Layfield! It reads as follows: Jeers to pro wrestler John "Bradshaw" Layfield, who got fired from his day job as a CNBC analyst for giving a Nazi salute during a match in Germany. Why did the cable net hire this dummkopf? …
- TheArnoldFans.com reports that Arnold Schwarzenegger has asked writer-director John Milius not to recast the title role in his long-planned sequel King Conan: Crown of Iron. Triple H was expected to replace Arnold in the movie.
Milius is now deciding whether to delay the film a few more years and wait for Arnold or do it now with Triple H in the starring role.
Of course, Arnold has a 60% approval rating right now and could very well be elected back as Governor of California after his current run ends.
