- Paul Heyman is backstage at the Smackdown taping today and is expected to appear on camera. No other details are available right now.
- WWE has apparently contacted a lot of indy talent about sending in videos and photos. Word is that WWE wants to expand the cruiserweight division.
- Rey Mysterio is no longer considered a "cruiserweight" by WWE management in that he can work with anyone on the roster due to his popularity.
- WWE's expansion of a new developmental territory is expected to really kick-off soon. There is talk of setting up territories in Florida, Connecticut, and Georgia.
- Many fans in attendance at RAW last night were upset when they did not get the Triple H vs. Randy Orton match with Shawn Michaels as special ref. WWE had been advertising that the match would be a special dark match for those in attendance at the show only. WWE decided to run an Orton/Triple H match on RAW and thus did not do the advertised dark match.
- WWE is advertising a special dark match of Randy Orton, Chris Benoit and Chris Jericho taking on Triple H, Batista, Edge for RAW next Monday in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
