Just had the chance to sit down and watch the History Channels "Monster Quest" tonight. It concerned the "Snow Beast" in Colorado; which apparently must be preying on the local Elk herds.
The narrator of the segment talks about the creature being aggressive. I'm not sure how long it took them to figure this out, but the creatures in this part of the world [NE Texas, SE Oklahoma, Arkansas, and La.] have known of the creatures aggressive behavior for years.
I'm not sure why people still have the preconcieved idea that the creatures act just like the Bigfoot "Harry" in HARRY & THE HENDERSONS, or that they protect the forest creatures from both legal hunters and poachers.
Still, the segment was interesting and will probably generate several discussions on various forums.
