too much troubleby mennonite (no login)cygwin is linux programs edited and compiled to work in windows. there is no windows subforum, but if there was it could easily go in non-qb, or windows, or linux. don't like that? fine, don't make a linux forum. wine is linux software. it only runs in linux. but it is used to run windows programs. could be for a windows subforum, maybe, but there isn't one and it probably fits in linux better. but you know what? IT DOESNT MATTER, because people can figure out where they think it BELONGS. that NEVER meant "post anywhere" it means, you're smart enough to figure out where to post for yourself. making it more complicated than that is stupid, and is proving to be totally futile and a waste of time, as anyone should have been able to see. |
