Bullets do not work unless you do this:

(1) Open MS Word (in Wine, not in Windows lol)
(2) Click the Office Button (main menu), then click "Word options"
(3) Then click "Language settings"
(4) Remove all langugages from "Enabled editing languages" except English UK and English US.
(5) Bullets should now work.
(5) Add back French, Italian, and Spanish if you want to.
