Dosemu, wine

Dosemu has a value which you set in /etc/dosemu/dosemu.conf called hogtreshold. If you set it to 0, DOS programs will run at the highest possible speed -- about the same as NTVDM. With the default value, it probably runs slower.

Windows program in wine run about the same as native windows, except graphics may be slower.
