I'm at what A.J. calls "Phase 2" of golf instruction, I have cured my slice.

I don't need the "little homerun" anymore, I'm hitting too much of a homerun, he will have to come out with some other instruction that would take me to his "phase 3" where I'm hitting everything straight, since his instruction to date is of NO help for me.

Tried out A.J. at the range today, the only results I got, were the one's I expected, if I consciously try to roll the hands over and get the little bat to hit the homerun, all I consistantly achieve is smothered pull hooks, or a dead right push, only about one out of 8 hits go straight.

If I swing with my body and leave my hands and arms passive, I hit them 50% of the time dead straight, 20%playable hooks, 20% of the time a draw, and about 10% pull hooks.

My conclusion is that A.J.s materials, in regards to the "littel bat" stuff, is very good for those hacks who have chronic slicing problems (which is a pretty large market), for the rest of us, it is counter productive.

I also think that the "little bat" stuff doesn't produce any significant club head speed to affect to distance of a struck ball that much at all, I think that is wishfull thinking and hyperbole.

On the other hand, his impact instruction is, in my opinion, some of the best stuff I have seen!
