It's up to you and only you to make improvements. Not the Pro who gave you the lesson not the video tape you ordered. No blaming other methods/people for the lack of improvement.
It's like following a road map. How can you get somewhere when you don't know where your stating from? Find out where you are then get a map learn to read it and stop asking for directions from people along the roadside.
I'm saying to get educated on what your problems are and in order to find that out you need good professional analysis. This way YOU know what needs to be done to correct. Then take that information into your own hands and then go dig it out of the ground.
