      I've just discovered this site...

I've dabbled with the Bonar method for years now. It has taken me this long to trust the swing and rely on the results. Take a deep breath, relax a whole bunch, put a smile on your face, and make a golf swing. I have found that the easiest way to participate in satisfying golf is to lighten up. I need to swing easy, move the hands, and watch the results. I'm not a great player. I've been down to a four and with work requirements, body changes and injuries - up to a fifteen. I re-committed myself to AJ's method and have droped back down to a nine. Would I like it to be a four again? Yes! But I'm not 20-someting anymore, nor am I as flexable as I once was.

I had the pleasure of going down to San Diego and playing with AJ earlier this year and enjoyed every minute of it. The experience was great fun, and helped solidify the Bonar golf swing method. Which really isn't 'his' method. The terminal component (hands moving through the ball) has been around since the game began. The club face has to hit the ball doesn't it?

So if you enjoy the game, like taking a few bucks from your buddies, and want to walk AFTER you play 18 holes, relax, smile, and listen to what AJ has to say.

It will not be the ultimate answer to everyone. No golf swing is. But for ease of effort, and ease on your body, this is a wonderful golf swing.
