As many of you know we had some bad tornados in Middle Tennessee the other night. Lance and Beckie Blackburn of Shamrock Kennels, dedicated members and supporters of this club were hit by one of these tornados. They lost all their dog houses and all their food for their dogs as well. A fellow club member and friend has already pulled many people together to get them the dog houses they needed. However, they are still in need of dog food. This club was designed to come together when a fellow dogger was in need. Next time it could be you. If everyone sits around thinking someone else will do it nothing will ever get done. So anyone wishing to help them out please contact them directly if you know them or contact me. If you wish to make donations of food and live in the middle Tennessee area I will personally come and pick it up as well as deliver the food to them. If any of you wish to help out by donating money you can do so through paypal and I will purchase the food as well as deliver it. I hope all of you feel the need to help this family during these hard times. I know for a fact that Lance and Becky both would do so for you! They have been on many occasions the 1st and sometimes the only to help out when one of our members were in need. Let’s pull together and make sure this family gets the help they deserve. Also, If any of you are in the area they are in need of help putting some fencing up for the horses. Please contact either me or them directly if you can help with this. Let’s pull together!!
