I have to say that I've been on a lot of different health boards over the years for health issues unrelated to hernias. I have NEVER come across a forum with so many helpful people who are so knowledgeable, caring, well informed and willing to share and discuss the issues with those less in the know, such as myself. My own health issues and medication I'm taking often make it difficult for me to absorb and sort through everything I read and keep it straight so I truly appreciate the kindness and caring of those who have taken the time to answer my many questions. I am truly in awe of all the responses I've received.
