i have had pain i have had a ct a ultrosound and they tell me every thing is fine so i was wondering if you when you have a hernia do you get sick to your stomic when you strain it like sweeping curbs out side or just using the musles in your stomic i get sick where i have to sit on the tolet fast i hace to hold my side so it feels better and cant sleep on my side unless i have something to hold it up in place the pain hurts all the time it never stops my side is swelling and never goes down if i do to much i get really sore and cant stand for very long well enough i hope this can get a answer thenk you becky
