Nepean was hardly a freebie in 2008 and they at least got one game against Mimico in Round 1 of the play-offs. I would have expected more from them this year but it doesn't look like it so far. Gloucester will be lucky to do as well as it did last year. Cornwall is much improved and should win the far East. The likely sure wins will again be Mississauga, Huntsville and Gloucester.

The West has had that too though in the past. London last year and Sarnia, Guelph and Welland a few years ago. Oakville losing to London should be a one off for them. If you lose even a couple of games a year to the bottom feeders you're screwed.
