I'm pretty sure what you mean is because all the teams (Obvious exception being six nay) in the west are just that terrible and inconsistent that anyone can win on any given night .. yeah then I guess in that respect the west is better .. oh and except for the part where the west also has next to nobody in the top half of the league in scoring (general statement not based on stats from this season) .. but hey its a whole new year maybe the west found some talent somewhere outside of nations
