"All the traits of the APBT like ability, stamina, mouth, bite, wrestling ability & power should not be ignored when selecting for breeding , but should always be considered AFTER gameness. Outstanding bloodlines are usually the result of selective breeding with gameness as a primary consideration." - Manjaro Kennels Eastern Cape

Billy's APBT Forum

APBT Forum for discussion about the breed, with the main focus on bloodlines, pedigrees & breeding. We do not condone dog fighting but will not deny the history of the APBT. “For the first 10 years of my pit bull dog breeding and life as dog man, I only conditioned and matched dogs. It is only after that - for the next five years that I became a producer of good quality Pit bull dogs. I met Enrique Morfin when I met with Ronald Fontenot and finally Floyd Boudreaux. All these men top pit bull dog breeders. Because I have studied genetics and my interest in pit bull dogs, I found that Enrique Morfin had a dog named "Booger" that was produced by Ronald Fontenot. This dog drawn my attention immediately and he was an exceptional producer of dead game and extremely intense dogs, but did not have the physical power. At the same time I found that Floyd Boudreaux had an exceptional line of dogs with very good mouth & extreme physical power but not as game as the “Booger " dogs. What I did was I got the most inbred male & female from Floyd Boudreaux and the most inbred male & female from the “Booger" line from Enrique Morfin. For the next 12 years up to today, I bred between them and produce what I considered the most exceptional of pit bull dogs. I kept producing this line of pit bull dogs and has produced dogs like the 4 x winner " Maya" - grand champion " Legana" - 4 x winner " Tuetro" & 4 x winner " Alegria". These breeding also produced pit bull dogs like champion “Bobo" - gr. Champion “Shorty" two time winner "Brujo" and "Tacho" "Cronos" and many others. With this line of pit bull dogs, I still have a record of twenty eight matches in the U.S.A and never lost a match. These are not only game and strong dogs, but should have very good wrestling abilities. I want to have excellent name in South Africa , South America and Spain . I do not sell these specific puppies in Mexico , as I do not want to match my own blood line.” --FROM ARNOLDO GARDENIAS – MEXICO --
