WOW! We are so inspired by Bob Lee -- his passion, commitment and perserverance
are so unique today that it deeply touches everyone who hears his story! Bob called yesterday
to say he was riding along Lake Erie on Route 5 and would be a stone's through from
our home in Fairview, PA TODAY, August 18, 2007! I can't wait to see him and can't wait
for my boys to meet him! They are 9, 7 and 5 and are already wide eyed hearing about
Bob's journey!
A dear friend of ours died of ALS and so many in our lives have been battling cancer...
one special story to share...a story of the POWER OF BELIEVING...a dear friend found a
lump in her breast last year and after double mastecomy and battery of tests was diagnosed
with stage four chronic breast cancer - it was in her liver. After chemo and more chemo
and PRAYERS from around the world, for her belief that she would HOLD HER GRANDCHILDREN,
today she is CANCER FREE!!!!!!!!!!!! Her faith, attitude and belief are remarkable and
what an inspiration she is to so many. She has personally raised thousands to help find
a cure and continues to promote early detection to wowen almost weekly! She is the mother
of four beautiful little girls and just like Bob, KNOWS that GOD has a special purpose for
her life!
Bob, thank you for the powerful example you demostrate to each of us!
