Bob Lee, if you ever get this, I just wanted to say thank you so much for everything that you are doing. My grandfather was diagnosed with ALS about 3 years ago. He died last christmas eve, and I really felt that no one knew or cared what ALS was. Everyone was always raising money for cancer with the terry fox run at my school and after my grandfather was diagnosed with ALS, I really came to realise that there are many other worthy causes that definitely need help. Our family wanted to do everything we could to help the ALS cause, so before my grandfather passed away, we all decided that when his company was sold half of the money would go to charity. His company hasn't been sold yet, but if it ever does it will be near a million dollars going to various charities. I miss my Grandfather so much... I wanted to let Bob Lee know that I just recieved a project at school, we have to do it on someone who we admire who is making a difference. I wanted to choose someone who has done something for ALS and I chose you.
