Im not really sure what they all mean but i do know that it is called binary code and its made with Machine language. When you write a program in its original language, your computer itself does not understand the codes without the aid of the program(Qbasic,java,c++ or whateva)) that you wrote it with. So when it is compiled into an .exe its now turned into a binary file that the computer understands by itself
