i took the asvab way back in high school. one of the several annoying recruiters who kept calling me at home told me i did very well on the electronics/electrical/somethingorother section. fascinating, seeing as how i've never taken a class on that kinda stuff in my life and my electronics experience mostly consists of just plugging things in and hoping it doesn't blow up. like long strings of guitar effects.
point being, it seems the army woulda trusted my with multi-million dollar equipment and i don't even know an ohm is. funny that...
