For those of you who didn't hear as of yet, we did actually game on Sunday. Here is What Happened(TM):
1. Richard and I showed up at 6:30. Nobody else was there.
2. We hung out for about an hour and a half.
3. Paul and company (the new people, for those of you who didn't show up) showed up.
4. Steve showed up.
5. Bob showed up.
6. After much discussion about what we were going to do, it was voted (democratically and all) that I be Interim ST, until such time as Mike's availability be determined, or until someone verified Mike still exists.
7. I gave provisional admission to characters, and Steve and I came up with some plot for the night. There were 5 Garou characters/players, and 1 Vamp. Needless to say, the poor vampire player was left with little to do except talk to me. (I extend my apologies in her direction)
8. We gamed. The Garou had fun. Loki restrained himself from Frenzying 4 times or so. All in all, usual night of business for the Garou.
9. Game ended, went to Denny's, talked a lot.
There it is in a nutshell. Whether or not I will contine to be ST is up for grabs. For the record, I am not "snatching" or "poaching" the game back. I spoke with Steve and others...the general feeling was that we needed to start gaming again, or people were going to lost interest and likely not come back to game at all. That may still happen. So we decided to play on Sunday - I had planned on doing a Changeling game or something other than the usual Chronicle, but it was decided by group consensus to continue with the regular game. Also, I emailed Marci on Thursday with all the information I had at that point, along with the information that we intended to game on Sunday. To date, the email has not been returned. What this means, I don't know. So, to make a long story short (too late, I know), if Mike (I know you're out there!) has the time/energy/desire to come back and ST, then great. If Mike and Marci want to just play, great. But guys, let us know, k?
