In all seriousness, Bob, you need two things to do that.
1. Money to buy the Super Soaker
2. Influence to obtain the Holy Water
Since you have neither of these things, you cannot get a Super Soaker and fill it with Holy Water, sorry.
Interesting thought, though (no ideas, Koty!)
