Some of you may remember last week when there was a problem with the backgrounds for the Forums. Well, I emailed Angelfire about it, and they have changed their policy concerning remote image loading. Essentially, after June 27th, they will no longer allow it. I could explain exactly what that is, but it's long and technical and crap, so I won't - in short, we will be losing our background for both forums. As I see it, we have the following options:

1. Put up with the crappy, unreadable background we got last week for two days

2. Switch to an all-black background for the forums (which may or may not work - if Angelfire counts it as an image, it won't work)

3. Relocate the site (more work for Jim - cheers all around!)

4. Completely change the look of the site (again, work for Jim)

Personally, I'd like to try 2, hoping it works, and that it doesn't look stupid. If not, I'd like to go with 3 - perhaps over at 50megs.com, where the Morgantown LARP is - seems like less ads and crap (maybe, maybe not)

Well, just give me opinions - if I don't get enough to get a general feel by the 25th or so, I'm going to do what I want.
