First of all, thank you for your concern.

Secondly, it is misplaced. The rescinding of that particular restriction is not so much of a benefit as you might think. First of all, Garou learn their Gifts from spirits - this will now be taken into consideration *evil laughter*. Secondly - the Garou must still be of the appropriate Rank to learn the appropriate Gifts.

Now, as far as your comment on Crinos form goes - played correctly, any character has a chance of dropping a Garou without ever seeing a Crinos form. If you would like me to prove this, I have a character started in my head that I can play - and he's Caitiff.
