People have put a lot of time both in thier charaters and in the LARP it self. It's heart breaking to see something you worked soo hard for go down the toliet i.e. book reading, website, every sunday night for the past year or something like that. The only catch that takes time and work, this LARP thing tends to take up a lot of time. I think it would be advisable to sit down with the ST staff and find out what you really want to do. And have you guys come up with a revised plot, look at peoples objections to the plot and compromise where possibly and over rule when the staff decides to over rule.
Over look the Charaters current Bio's. Then assign people with lead roles, i.e. Max, Gabe, Loki, and the primary antagoinist Sabbat, but who in the Sabbat? The Sabbat must take action against the Cam, combat or non-combat ie take Max's Haven
steal Chantal's weatlh <snicker>? Gabe has got some thinking to do as well as protect the newbie hunters-which is one heck of a job! I mean little old Cameron is about to micrale it's his coming of age so to speak. He is going to need some guideance after that. Mircaling is a profound experince and gabe can easliy give that guidance i.e. maybe cameron decides to go off the deep end after the mircale and Gabe has to bring him back some how. The Tecno people, but who and why exactly. I don't think a hitmark is the run of the mill for these people but I could be worng.
Then there is the good old FBI in the mix, Jason can't keep giving him amnesia forever. And you can't stall him out forever he going to town in his investagtions! If I were the vamps I would be making his life a little more diccult i.e. infulnce out the wa-zoo also he is prolly gonna make some arrests next week i.e. anyone he see's pulling a gun, their are gonna get put in lock down. He just gonna keep digging until he hits pay dirt.
These are all just some suggestions for not resetting the Larp. I think it would be fun if you did hide 3 x 5 card with information that would be critical for that nights larp I.E. wait here 15 min. and find out that so and soo are meeting here to dicuss plans for x event. and have a meeting of NPC's and a story teller their describing the secne. Plus we could do day/night actions too so we could have more NPC's to play with.
