The Merit you describe is Ecumenist (pg. 97, Laws of the Hunt: Player's Guide). It is a 4 Trait Merit. It, in essence, allows you to use the trappings and holy ground of other faiths as your own when confronting the supernatural.
Y'know...it would be interesting to see the WoD version of Billy Graham shrivel up and combust after some pagan with True Faith and this Merit used the Vatican to repel some vampires....hehehehehehe
