i think i've been watching too much anime lately

i've come up with an idea for a character. a changeling who thinks he's an angel. not necessarily the gay kind, mind you, but one who thinks that all humans are pretty nifty and finds the good and value in everyone.
being that WOD angels are apparently far too kick-ass to be played by anybody, i figure this is the best that one could do. the other option would be a dhampyr, but it's harder for them to grow wings (which they can), but it involves demon arts, and the wings wouldn't be very angelic. it also puts the character more in touch its p'o when they would use them, too, which is bad.
