I'm so delighted to find this group. My Fathers cousin flew with this squadron and was lost in action. I have found you via n old map of his that we had and which I gave to an interested person in Texas. He did some research and sent us information about our relative that we didn't have.
Thank you to everyone who has contributed to this site. It has made my father very happy to put a few more pieces together. As I live in London I'm now off to the Sikorski Institute to see what else I can find out.

I'm the founder of RAF Ingham Heritage Group, Lincolnshire, England, where 305 Sqn were based in 1943.
