We've got a Bay Area LPGA event coming up at the Blackhawk County Club in San Ramon. The dates are October 4-7. Anyone else headded out there? The field hasn't been finalized, but it should include last year's winner - Karrie Webb, plus former winners, Christina Kim, Julie Inkster, Annika Sorenstam, San Franciscan Dorothy Delasin, Solheim stars Natalie Gulbis and Paula Creamer, and the current #1 player Lorena Ochoa. How about it, folks? Anyone else attending?

This event starts this week at the Blackhawk Golf Club in San Ramon. It's open to the public from October 4 through October 7. Hope some of you folks make it over there. I'll be the old lady volunteer following San Franciscan Dorothy Delasin.
