Weigh In

Should we do a weigh in every monday? or Friday (which I should probabyl do instead of mondays!)

I was thinking that we should do height, weight, starting weight, this week's weight and pounds lost since last week. Any thoughts?

I'm very irritated becuase I've been sticking right around 131 and change for 3 weeks now, losing only like .2 a week, when before that I was losing 1-2 lbs per week steadily.

So my goal for this week is to eat more lean proteins and vegetables, and stick only to one treat at night - I've been cheating a bit over the last couple weeks by not eating enough during the day so I can have 2 treats at night- even though I'm staying in my points.

That, combined with the fact that I can't exercise just yet (becuase of my surgery) has made for a frustrating time.

I plan on losing at least 1.5 lbs by next monday!!
