| Please don't feel like you have to change your personal weigh-ins, as different days might work better for each of us. This is just a way for us to catch up once a week with each other. Selfishly, I picked Friday b/c several folks including me, tend to eat more on weekends and this works better for us... but please, everyone, do what works for YOU.
