Response to Hey gals, it's Friday - let's check in!

I was good this week.

I exercised Sun.-Wed. and today.

I stayed pretty close to my points. I figure even if I go a few points over at the beginning it is better than what I have been doing.

I weighed in on Sunday at 145 and I have lost 5 lbs. this week. Which I am incredibly shocked about. Of course, I am with you Kenny, I think that will taper off to 1-2 lbs. per week.

Yay!!! You gals are really keeping me motivated.

Friday evenings are usually our night of happy hour and Mexican, so I will be trying to save all of my points for tonight. I can safely say that on previous Fridays I probably consume at least 80 points for the day. I love all of the fattening Mexican foods. I will have to hold back big time.
