I was wondering why I was fitting into clothes and not losing weight! I knew that muscle weighed more, but didn't think about it! I was 140lbs before I got pregnant and I know I was all muscle then... Boo, it's gone now! Lol!
Running is not for everyone. I used to HATE running, but now I love it!
This is also my 3rd race in 6 weeks... That's a lot! I'm tired.
And I've done ww before and lost some then, so I know it'll work now, I just have to get the motivation to follow the plan and actually stick to it! Lol!
