Sometimes the first few weeks are hard becuase it is difficult to get into the routine of counting points, managing portions or learning to snack right to stay full and not use up too much. You've done it before so it's just getting into the swing of it. And running -that is fabulous!! That will really jettison you when you are well underway with the program!
