Take 'baby steps'. I always hear about how it is just as good for you if you have to break up your exercise time throughout the day. So, maybe if you only have 10-15 in the am and then 10-15 in the pm that you will obtain the same result. Losing it slowly is better. I now check this site alot, so if you need anything just shout out and I will be here to cheer you on.

Are you following a certain plan?
