That's frustrating

to feel like you are depriving yourself - even marginally - and to not see results yet. I'll bet your scale suddenly jumps down a notch at your next weigh-in - so just keep doing the right thing!
Yeah, I'm really relieved we are going into the holiday season dieting vs. looking at it as an excuse to gorge ourselves. I usually really pack it on over the holidays, esp when I have houseguests ad nauseam... the only way I can get through MIL's visits (and FIL too increasingly) is to EAT, EAT, and eat some more - and then go and hide upstairs for an hour
