Definitely track your points in WW - you can have generous portion sizes as Kenny says. The key is sticking to lean proteins, multigrains and fruits/veggies. Seriously, I'm never hungry (although I sometimes crave extra sweets in the evening). And I have my treat every night which helps to keep me from feeling like I need to sling shot out of this.
