Hello,
I'm back at work, so I can do a Monday update. My office is closed on Fridays so I have to wait to weigh in
Anyway, Saturday I was down to 151.6 and this morning I was 152.0 on the gym scale. I may have lost a pound or so this week. Lets hope so!
As usual, I think I have done well with excercise (putting the babies in the gym's daycare, and having 1-2 hours me-time is a great motivator). However, I haven't done so well with eating light. I took the babies to the Burger King playplace, vowing I would only eat a basic hamburger-no fries. Guess what? I started gobbling down the fries (with lots of ketchup) from my older son's kids meal! I did chase the twins around the restaurant, so maybe I burned off the extra calories
I have been really working on my belly, but I still have a big pooch above the caesarian scar. I've been doing ab work, but I think the pooch is here to stay! However, if I do manage to shed another 10 to 15 pounds it will have to get smaller--at least I hope so!
