I know some people who did wonderfully on that

and they lost quite a bit of weight. Not sure about how the food tastes - I tried it a couple years back and didn't like the food too much but others have said they love it.

I'm not very helpful, am I? happy.gif

how bad is the food?
It does sounds like an easy solution.
I just know that WW will not work for me, I will NOT cook:)
