Hi. Can I get your input on this?

At times, I will use S&T on tight holes. I would like to use it more but I lose a lot of distance with this swing technique. It has been said ( or written) by a few folks that they actually have GAINED distance using S&T. So, how come I am coming up with less rather than more? Perhaps I am releasing too early?

My question is... what is the correct action with the wrists? Should I focus on my trail wrist? Do you keep your lead wrist flat? Where are your thumbs point in relation with the swing?

Any helpful input would be appreciated.

      Thanks in advance.
